Freshfields continues strategic growth in Paris with antitrust partner appointment
Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has today announced that Charlotte Colin-Dubuisson, a leading practitioner in antitrust and foreign investment, will join the firm as partner. She will join the Antitrust, Competition and Trade team in Paris which is led by partner Jérôme Philippe.
Colin-Dubuisson is experienced in EU and French competition law and has a strong market reputation. She has significant experience in particular in relation to Fast Moving Consumer Goods markets, as well as the optical retail, luxury, waste management, metal and auto-parts sectors.

The appointment follows the hire of Colin Raftery in London from the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) as well as the expansion of the U.S. antitrust team with the litigators Heather Lamberg and Tina Sessions last year.
