Freshfields advises Credit Suisse on credit facility for Standard Profil Automotive
Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised Credit Suisse in connection with a revolving credit facility ('RCF') for Standard Profil Automotive GmbH. The RCF follows the issuance of senior secured notes by Standard Profil Automotive GmbH in 2021, in which Freshfields advised Credit Suisse and certain other banks.
The Freshfields team comprised of Michael Josenhans (Partner; Lead), Christina Banz, Aleksandar Djurdjevic and Theodoros Fostieris (all Finance, Frankfurt). They were supported by Freshfields’s Madrid office and local law firms in Bulgaria, Mexico and Turkey.
