Freshfields advises CVC on its strategic partnership with Glendower Capital in secondaries
Freshfields is advising CVC, one of the world’s leading private equity and investment advisory firms, on the establishment of its strategic partnership with Glendower Capital, a leading private equity secondaries manager.
Glendower Capital's secondaries platform represents a strong complement to CVC's existing family of private equity and credit strategies. The partnership will greatly complement and enhance both firms’ existing businesses and create a combined group with total assets under management of approximately €113bn.
The Freshfields team is being led by partners Charles Hayes, David Sonter, Jill Gatehouse and senior associate Andy Robinson.
