Ben is a senior associate in the dispute resolution group, based in Washington, D.C. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, antitrust litigation, regulatory investigations, and internal investigations. Ben advises domestic and multinational clients in federal and state litigation, including with respect to consumer protection, intellectual property, and securities fraud.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Ben was an associate in the DC office of another international law firm.
