Profil Yulianna Tkach
Yulianna is an associate in our intellectual property and information technology practice group.
She advises and represents companies in non-contentious matters and court proceedings in the field of intellectual property law, in particular unfair competition, copyright and trademark law. Yulianna has particular experience in advising on unfair competition law, with a special focus on the admissibility of environmental claims in advertising as well as on new regulations in the digital sector, such as the Digital Markets Act.
Yulianna also advises on cross-border transactions involving IP/IT and commercial aspects.
Languages: German, English and Russian.

- Higher Regional Court Munich, Germany (legal clerkship), with stations at international law firms in Munich and Alicante.
