Tijn is fluent in both Dutch and English.

Mandate

• Advised IK Partners on its acquisition of Sansidor Group, a fast-growing network of testing, inspection and services companies. 
• Advised CVC DIF on the combined acquisitions of HiSERV, S-P-S International and CTC Moyson
• Advised CVC Capital Partners on its acquisition of a majority stake in the URUS Group, a global leader in dairy and beef artificial insemination genetics, reproduction and farm management data systems, products and services.
• Advised IK Partners on its acquisition of GoodLife Foods, a leading European manufacturer of frozen snacks with over 700 employees and six production sites in the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark.
• Advised CVC Capital Partners on its acquisition of a majority stake in World of Talents NV, an international platform of HR companies specializing in bottleneck professions and talent management
• Advised EQUANS on the sale of EQUANS Enegry Solutions, a leading provider of Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage (ATES) end-to-end solutions to households and businesses in the Netherlands.
• Advised Funecap Group on its acquisition of Facultatieve Group, comprising a portfolio of crematoria in the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland as well as Facultatieve Technologies, the global market leader in the fields of design, construction and maintenance of cremators, filtration and incineration equipment.
• Advised HAL Investments in relation to its participation in the restructuring and acquisition of Royal IHC B.V.
• Advised Getir on its acquisition of Gorillas in a share swap deal combining two fast delivery groups operating across Europe and the US. 
• Advised Accenture on the acquisition of Sentia's business in the Netherlands, Bulgaria and Belgium.
• Advised Warburg Pincus and Apax on their acquisition of Odido Netherlands.
