Catherine is a senior associate in our global transactions group and advises clients on a broad range of financing arrangements.
Catherine advises on a range of complex cross-border banking and finance transactions, with a focus on general corporate financings, real estate finance and restructurings. Catherine acts for corporate treasury clients, sponsors and lenders across a range of sectors.
Mandate

- Advising SSP Group on its £600m syndicated term and revolving credit facilities.
- Advising Convatec Group on its $1.2bn syndicated term and revolving credit facilities.
- Advising Center Parcs in connection with its investment grade and high yield funding programme.
- Advising Center Parcs on the entry into its €265m term facility in connection with the Longford Forest village and refinancing of its existing development facility.
- Advising Keysight Technologies, Inc. on its £1.35bn bridge facility to support its proposed public acquisition of Spirent Communications plc.
- Advising GXO Logistics, Inc on its £763m bridge facility to support its public acquisition of Wincanton plc.
- Advising Daily Mail & General Trust on the entry into a series of bilateral revolving credit facilities to refinance its existing bilateral facilities.
- Advising certain creditors of Intu propcos on debt and equity restructurings following the administration of other companies in the group.
- Advising DAZN Group on certain financing matters relating to its acquisition of Eleven.
