He works on in-court and out-of-court financial restructuring matters on behalf of agents, banks, funds, borrowers and potential purchasers of distressed debt.

Nathan’s experience includes:
- Represented Credit Suisse as administrative agent, revolving lender and term lender to appx. $300 million term loan and $50 million revolving facility to Juice Plus, a multi-level marketing company in connection with a workout, implementation of a debt exchange and agency transition.
- Represented majority lenders (Credit Suisse and Bank of Montreal) to a $40 million revolving facility to Isagenix Worldwide Inc., a multi-level marketing company, in connection with a significant balance sheet restructuring and exchange of debt to the $375mm first lien credit facility and the $40 million revolving credit facility.
- Represented a global, multi-national gaming company in successfully defending against the enforcement of the largest judgment ($1.5+ billion) to have ever been entered in favor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky in a Kentucky court. Strategy resulted in mediated settlement for less than 20 percent of entire judgment amount. Coordinated implementation of strategy with US, Isle of Man and multiple European defense teams.
- Represented Global Brands Group, a retail brand and apparel holding company in negotiations with lenders and restructuring of GBG’s credit documentation and security.
- Represented JP Morgan as administrative agent, letter of credit issuer and lender under a $930 million revolving and term credit agreement extended to Peabody Energy Corporation. The matter involved a restructuring with Revolving and Term lenders under the JPM Facility and two note issuances maturing in 2022 and 2025, respectively.
- Represented certain bridge-loan lenders to Technicolor USA, a global media company. Negotiated for the early and full repayment of the bridge loan as part of a cross-border restructuring in the U.S. and France.
- Represented Getronics, a European technology services firms, on its restructuring and sale to a minority shareholder, including a NY law governed bridge financing, a Dutch insolvency process, a pre-pack M&A transaction, and a restructuring and new financing.
- Represented JPMorgan Chase, as administrative agent, to the $2.1bn revolving and term loan facility of Acosta, Inc., a U.S. based sales and marketing company, including through multiple amendments and a Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
- Represented the administrative agent and steering committee of lenders in out-of-court restructuring of a multitranche credit facility secured by La Muralla IV, a semi-submersible drillship, with contract revenues from PEMEX in a matter that spans Mexican, Portuguese, Korean and US jurisdictions.
- Represented Wells Fargo Bank, as administrative agent, in Aceto Corp., a specialty chemicals and generic pharmaceuticals manufacturer, through multiple amendments and through Chapter 11 bankruptcy as DIP lender.
- Represented US banking client in multiple health-care related out of court restructurings including a hospital and nursing home group.
- Represented Dawson International investments (Kinross) Inc., a garment manufacturer, as debtor counsel in Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the Southern District of New York.
- Represented the Beaulieu Group Inc., a carpet manufacturer, as debtor counsel in Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the Northern District of Georgia.
- Represented the plan administrator of Asarco LLC on numerous matters involving environmental contribution claims in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the Southern District of Texas.
