Profil Emilia Farley

Emilia is an associate in our corporate real estate team based in our London office. She advises a range of investors, in particular private equity investors, sovereign wealth funds and corporates, on their corporate real estate transactions including joint ventures and M&A.

Mandate

Advising Pandox AB (publ) on the acquisition of 3 aparthotels in London for £230m, and on the related acquisition financing provided by Handelsbanken AB (publ). The aparthotels are operated by Axiom Hospitality as Residence Inns by Marriott, and become the first assets operated under Marriott franchises by Pandox.

Advising Cinven on its majority investment in Alter Domus.

Advising Davidson Kempner on its acquisition of UK Storage Limited and joint venture with Pithos Capital.

Advising the Pandox AB group on its acquisition of The Queens Hotel, a 232-room property in central Leeds, UK, with a total acquisition price of approx. £53m.

Advising Macquarie Asset Management on its acquisition of a stake in EDGE (the sustainability-focused real estate developer) and their future strategic partnership.

Advising Cerberus and Arrow Capital Partners’ SIRE platform on the acquisition of 35 logistics assets in Germany and the Netherlands from Europa Capital.

Advising the administrators of Four Seasons Health Care in relation to various portfolio sales processes.
