Profil Andrew Ehler
Andrew is an associate in the firm's New York office, where he represents companies, officers, and directors in securities and shareholder disputes and internal and regulatory investigations.
Andrew’s practice encompasses a wide range of complex matters, including securities class actions, shareholder derivative litigations, internal and regulatory investigations, books-and-records demands, and corporate governance issues. He has contributed to litigation defenses for some of the world’s most innovative companies, addressing SPAC transactions, artificial intelligence, and other emerging securities law challenges. Additionally, Andrew maintains an active pro bono practice and regularly represents incarcerated clients in constitutional actions in federal court.
During law school, Andrew was an executive editor for the Review of Banking & Financial Law and served as a research assistant to Professor David H. Webber, focusing on securities regulation and litigation, shareholder activism, climate financial risk, and ERISA and state pension codes.
