She assists on corporate and finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and capital markets transactions.

She speaks Dutch, English and French. 

Mandate

• Advising RELX on the acquisition by its LexisNexis Legal & Professional division of Henchman, a Belgian legal start-up which enriches data from document management systems (DMSs) for faster document drafting.
• Advising WorxInvest on a strategic investment by CVC into SD Worx, a leading European HR services provider as well as its EUR 375 million acquisition of the Flemish Government's reference shareholding in Gimv.
• Advising Netceed (formerly ETC Group), a Cinven portfolio company, on its acquisition of Amadys, a leading provider of end-to-end connectivity solutions in the Benelux, UK and DACH regions.
• Advising General Atlantic, on its strategic investment of approximately $150m in Odoo, a leading provider of open-source integrated software applications.
• Advising Hg Capital and the co-founders on the sale of Silverfin, a tech Belgian and UK group having developed a leading cloud-based financial reporting and compliance platform, to Visma.
• Advising Xior Student Housing on the acquisition of a student home portfolio with 5,341 residential units from BaseCamp for EUR 939 million in Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Poland.
