• Advising a private equity fund in the acquisition of a controlling interest in an Italian software company;
• Advising a private equity fund on its agreement to acquire a majority stake in the largest pet care retail chain in Italy;
• Advising a multinational in the acquisition of a multinational pharmaceutical company headquartered in the UK; and
• Advising a multinational operating in the packaging solutions business in the acquisition of an Italian provider of line conversion for installed base solutions.
