Profil Paul Bowden
Paul is honorary professor of international environmental and energy law and corporate responsability at Nottingham Trent University and a consultant to the firm.
As a partner in the firm Paul established the firm's environment and regulatory group and acquired a leading reputation in multi-group litigation and judicial review cases particularly in the consumer products and energy sectors. He is well known for his work in nuclear law and is also programme leader of the OECD-Nuclear Energy Agency International School of Nuclear Law at the University of Montpellier.
Paul assisted with the research which led to the development of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (PDF, 1.08MB)

Honorary Degree of Doctor of Law, Nottingham Trent University, in recognition of his contribution to legal education and international environmental law.
