Giorgia is a corporate associate in the Global Transaction practice.

Giorgia specialises in private M&A, private equity transactions, joint ventures and general corporate matters. She has gained expertise while supporting international clients on several corporate extraordinary transactions, both domestic and cross-border.

She also expanded her practical experience through a four-month secondment in the legal department of a Bank. During this period, she developed her legal knowledge in the Banking sector, gaining valuable insights on the legal challenges faced by Banks from an internal perspective, while also observing how law firms operate from an external point of view.

Mandate

• Advising a multinational telecommunication company in its acquisition of an Italian company specialised in tech and communications;
• Advising a global company specialised in large-scale retail distribution of consumer goods in its acquisitions of businesses as a going concern of an Italian company also specialised in retail distribution of consumer goods;
• Advising a multinational e-commerce company in its acquisition of a provider of AI-powered apparel and fashion goods digital IDs and authentication; and
• Advising a global biotechnology company in its acquisition of an Italian company active in the biomedical field.
