Profil Stephanie Belenkov

Stephanie is a London-based, US-qualified associate in our global transactions team.

Stephanie focuses on advising issuers, sponsors and underwriters on a wide range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and high-yield and investment-grade bond offerings, in the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East.

Mandate

Stephanie’s experience includes advising:

  • the initial purchasers in connection with the issuance by Neinor Homes, S.A. of €325 million aggregate principal amount of 5.875% senior secured high yield green bonds due 2030;
  • National Bank of Greece on two domestic and international offerings and sale of a combined 32% stake in its shares by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund for aggregate proceeds of €1.75 billion;
  • Smurfit Kappa on its combination with WestRock to create Smurfit Westrock, and dual listings on the NYSE and LSE;
  • UBS on its acquisition of Credit Suisse;
  • Yara Clean Ammonia on its proposed IPO;
  • JT International Financial Services in connection with its offering of $500 million senior notes;
  • Salik on its 2022 IPO and listing on the Dubai Financial Market;
  • Advent International and Rubix Group on Rubix's proposed IPO and premium listing on the LSE;
  • Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Petershill Partners on the 2021 London IPO of Petershill Partners;
  • the sponsor and underwriters on Darktrace's £1.7 billion IPO and premium listing on the LSE;
  • Allfunds and Hellman & Friedman on the 2021 IPO of Allfunds on Euronext Amsterdam; and
  • Pepco Group, the pan-European discount retailer, on its IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
