About
Kate is an associate in our antitrust, competition, and trade practice based in Washington, DC. She advises clients on U.S. national security regulations, including matters before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and under the Outbound Investment Security Program. Kate also counsels clients on U.S. competition law, multi-jurisdictional merger control, and foreign direct investment (FDI) reviews worldwide.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Kate was a legal intern at the US Department of Commerce and the US Department of Justice.
