Soraya is an Associate in our Paris office.
She represents a wide range of stakeholders, notably creditors, debtors, sponsors, shareholders, and directors in complex scenarios, including out-of-court and in-court restructurings.
Soraya is also involved in advising companies on their external growth operations.
Before joining Freshfields in 2024, she worked at Clifford Chance for two years.
Soraya is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
